Discovered severe transmission issue in Nov. They found and installed new transmission in Dec which has worked perfectly since. Had follow up visit in Feb to check transmission...also performed required state inspection/emissions test and checked for unusual pecking noise. They took care of everything in a reasonable time for a very reasonable price. |

First time going to Bob's, first impression very good. very helpful and very happy with service received. Will to there again and trust this first impression is correct! |

Disappointed to see that neither desk staff nor customers were masked, even though that is local law now. We may need to go elsewhere for our next service. |

We asked for a tire rotation and repair of the oil gasket, as well as a quick "once over" since we were leaving for a long road trip. On our trip, we discovered our brake pads were nearly gone and we needed new rotors. I'm not sure how that was missed when rotating the tires, but it cost us a day of vacation. |

I recently had my AC serviced by Bob's.(5/25/18) Normally I have no complaints about the service and have been going to then for many years. This time though was a totally different story. They had my car (pre arranged) for 1 week while we were out of town. I was assured that I would receive a VM or email with the diagnosis for my car. I never received either. So we got back home and I checked on my car in their lot. I was horrified to find my car NOT locked and the passenger front window was left open. Birds had been living in my car for the week as their poop was evidence on the passenger seat, arm rest and center console. It had rained a couple of times while I was out of town and it was obvious that it rained in my car. I contacted James at Bob's and he made sure that my car was spot cleaned inside and rinsed off outside. They did apologize once prompted (not during the initial phone call) but it's hard to continue to trust a business with your personal property when it's been neglected to this extent. For this reason alone it is unlikely that I will return to Bob's for further service of my car. Which is unfortunate since their prices usually beat anyone else's. |
